Siloso Beach Resort

Birdy and i decided to make full use of what SAF had given me.. So we booked the resort with my remaining credits before he left for Australia! Definitely the right choice, we made. =)

Thou the room is kinda small and not so up to expectation, the main focus was on the personal jacuzzi! Anyway, so long the mood is right and with the correct person, everything will be just fine!

I wish my future room would have the exact same type of full length window (even if its overseeing other HDB flats) and a platform like that..



No time to waste, we soaked ourselves in the jacuzzi! Sadly, the sun wasnt strong enough and we didnt manage to get a decent tan.


Then, came some silly ideas.. Guess which is the real Chee Tiong? Haha!


DUH. Obviously all four are real! Just some photoshopping. =P

Soon, it was dinner time and we settled down at Sakae Sushi - our first date was at one of their branches. =)

After which, we decided to take a stroll and ended up at the Merlion Walk.. All thanks to the timer mode, we were able to capture all these beautiful moments.


Notice how perfectly "Merlion Walk" was captured in the photo? Heh. Quite pro huh?



The night ended quite early as both of us were quite shagged. We were determined to wake up early for the free breakfast and to fully utilise the facilities! After breakfast, we headed to the swimming pool..


Its been quite a habit to pose in front of the mirror especially while waiting for or inside the lift!


When kids started coming in, we decided that its personal time again..


If only we could forget bout the bitterness in life..

Not long after, we figured out the multi-shots function and crappy ideas came along..




When it was almost time to leave..

After we checked out, it was drizzling so we decided to catch a movie at Vivo City. While waiting for the show, we went shopping. Then, we realised the sun was out again! Thus, we drove back to Sentosa and bought a bottle of suntan lotion.. However, to our disappointment, the sun did not last long and we still didnt manage to get a proper tan. Nevertheless, we enjoyed ourselves to the max!

No doubt this is one of the sweeeeeeeetest and most unexpected gift i've ever had. Thanks SweeeeetSRTY! U've definitely mark the end of my SAF life and make it even more memorable! Never will i forget ur name again, i promised! LOL.

Life as a civil servant has finally come to an end. No more payday on the 10th. No more long journey to and fro Changi. No more guard house. No more cookhouse. No more RECs, CPLs, SSGs, CPTs, LTCs around me. No more emails to CC here and there. No more Monday Blues. =)

I left office at 2345hrs today! When i shouldnt even be in the office at all! Gosh. Really wanted to leave things nicely for them..

What a great contrast! I thot i would only have a water bottle, a mug, a set of magnets, and pillow to bring home but i ended up with much more than expected!

Alexis gave me a hug followed by Sharon before they left. The former didnt have much impact. The latter nearly make me tear. But the never ending work diverted my attention. Perhaps thats the price to pay after a long break of six days! TO work for an average of 14hrs per day! Well, at least it was all worthwhile.

What can be worse than..

Oversleeping on a Monday cum last morning at work? I woke up at 7.38am when i starts work at 8! Jamming on the road all the way from SLE to TPE to Pasir Ris? How i wish i could have my right leg at the clutch and left leg on the accelerator. The best thing? My air con is NOT WORKING YET!!! argh. Just imagine a sweaty Sufen cursing and swearing like mad. Whats more? I am going back to office tml to finish up my work when supposedly today is my last day! My understudy seriously seems unreliable. But i really cant care more. I've been staying till 9 or 10pm everyday since i came back from my long break.. I so felt like crying at one point of time and i misses the Bird badly.

Anyway, its still supposed to be a happy day! I brought the presents i have for them to work today and left it on their desk before i left home. Spent a few days see see look looking and two hours wrapping them with my bro's gf's help. Haha. As for the NSFs, i bought lots of tidbits for them! Even the NTUC auntie asked if i was having a party! Hahaha. Except for David whom i bought him a Mickey cushion cos he's always stealing my Pooh cushion! hahaha!

After a long rest of SIX days (!)

im finally back to office yestd. It definitely felt good to know that the guys actually make plans during my absence to go for a meal together just to celebrate for me. =) and im pretty sure it must be David's idea. I must say this chap here thou 3 years younger than me, is the most gentleman i've ever come across. Haha. When alighting the bus, he would always stand up, block the traffic, allow me to come out from my seat and walk before him. REGARDLESS of how many people are standing behind staring at him! Hahaha. This lil gesture of his really impress me. We aren't really close but somehow or rather, i'll miss him when he's not around in the office. Haha. Afterall, the three of us, him, Nigel and myself belong to the same type of people, i.e. ENFP (Extraversion, iNtuition, Feeling, Perceiving) haha! This was proven during a personality test Sharon gets all of us to do.

Anyway, we had steamboat at Geylang and Nigel came along too. Great night out thou i was freaking tired and not to mention my lil red Opel's aircon suddenly broke down! argh. In the meantime, i've to bear with it for this few days till dad is free to bring it to the garage. Hope its not the motor's problem else its gonna cost a bomb. The cost of diesel is already on its rise and i've already spent 80 bucks on it!

Im kinda drained out already.. I was the last to leave at 9. Looking at my understudy, i really feel quite unsafe. Hahaha. Well.. Better not think too much! More updates on my long break over the weekends!

Happy Childrens' Day, Happy Hynaday~!

Ok, im blogging on the i-net at Pers Hub to kill some time while waiting for lunch. Ok, i've not done much since i stepped into the office except for some insignificant stuffs like msning via OA (what does OA actually means huh?) Ok, im tuanging! Im only left with 15 working days before i ORD but i still have 7 days of leave! And i've hell loads of work to clear and handover before 22 Oct! I think this is the only time i find that i have too many leave already!! hahaha.

Well, last Friday was arrowed to do some shiity work again for the CNV's dialogue. After which had dinner with a few NSFs and Wanxia at Tampines Mall - Cafe Cartel. Wanted to give Jeth and Tengyong a treat for all their helps during my days in NPD especially Jeth. TY came into the picture only towards the last two months or so of my one year contract here.. And his job is to play as my entertainer. LoL. Anyway, they were sweet enough wanting to treat me instead. Hahaha things got a bit complicated at the end as everyone was fighting to pay for the meal. Haha. But how could i let the NSF pay for my meal when they are only getting a pathetic allowance of bout $470? Haha!

Time check: 1140hrs. Lunch Time~!!! Shall continue other day.. Ok, im going for lunch now. Ok, im going to plan my time well and clear my work. Ok, im going to stop tuanging! Till then, Bye~!!
