Ok, maybe I did meet friends after work but i'll always be unusually late. Ok, thou I still do some online shopping, its really different walking in and out the fitting rooms! Ok, im not complaining cos I knew sometimes I am to be blamed too. When there is too much work, I get distracted easily.. And when people keep bothering me, I don't know how to continue working. Oh wells. Just can't wait for SLV EXPO to be over.
Not much changes and happenings in my life except for a few occasions that required celebration. Other than those, basically my everyday life only revolves around Birdy, sometimes Animals and mostly work!! As for family, most of the time when I reaches home, parents will be in the room, nephews sleeping and brothers probably not at home.. Despite the fact that we sleep under the same roof, I think I see my bro less than 24hrs a month! Thou occasionally mamaHu will be waiting for me, by then i'll be too tired to even hold a proper conversation.
Apparently it seems like even the ladies (i.e. san,aide,hj/min..) have been missing too! But im glad we're finally meeting up this Friday with hj! Well, at least it makes me look forward to that day, not forgetting I would have to go Genting for one whole week on the following Sunday (which I am so not looking forward to!) and im gonna be so busy for the last week before the exhibition!
Recently, we heard quite a number of secondary school friends getting married or are already engaged! It came a lil surprising at first but i've gradually came to realise that at our age we've jolly well passed the stage of, "hey u're pregnant??" Instead its more like, "so when is ur turn??" Haha. In another words, its really very common for people to settle down at 24!
Last week a few Animals went AMK Kbox, and as I was standing outside the pool shop, reading the notice, a shiver went down my spine. The notice reads "Looking for Female cashier, age 18 - 25". Still remember how Siting and me wished we were old enough to work part-time in such places in order to earn extra cash at the age of 16. But right now, we'll be over the age limit to work there in another year's time! Is this what we call the mid-twenties crisis?
Back to the one major commitment i've committed. Or rather Birdy and me. We have friends who were really surprised, some skeptical, some happy for us, some still couldn't quite accept it. One of his friends even went to the extend of, "Did she force u to do that?" Haha.
Well, I can't blame them, can I? They probably didn't expect this day would have arrived. Or maybe it just happened too suddenly. Im glad anyway, for both parents are very supportive. Then again, anything could have happen within the next three to four years.
